About Me
My name is Karen, and I live in Western Australia.
With almost a decade of professional volunteer management experience and two decades developing and facilitating training workshops , I’ve worked through plenty of growth, change, and the everyday challenges that come with leading busy, people-powered programs.

I enjoy finding creative and practical solutions, sharing my knowledge, and helping others feel supported in their roles.
But more than anything, I believe in people, and in your ability to lead a thriving volunteer program that truly makes a difference.
