1. About These Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads designed to support people managing volunteers. They include templates, workbooks, toolkits and planning resources.

By purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to the following terms.

2. Licence & Permitted Use

When you purchase a product, you are granted a single-program licence.

This means:

• The product may be used within one volunteer program or organisation only

• You may edit and customise the document for internal use within that program

• You may print copies for use by staff or volunteers within that same program

You may not:

• Share, sell, or distribute the product outside your program

• Upload the files to shared drives, websites, or social platforms accessible by others

• Use the product across multiple programs, sites, or organisations without written permission

• Claim the content as your own or remove copyright notices

If you manage more than one volunteer program and would like to use the resources across multiple programs, please get in touch, I’m happy to help.

3. Intellectual Property

All content remains the intellectual property of Karen Barden / The Volunteer Managers Toolkit.

Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it, not ownership of the content itself.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of these products:

• Refunds due to change of mind are not offered once a file has been downloaded.

• If you experience technical issues, there is a problem with a document or accidentally delete your file, I’m happy to re-send it.

If something isn’t working as expected, please reach out, I want you to feel supported.
